Hey guys!
It’s me, Kavi! Hehe 🙂 Long time, no see, right? I have missed blogging quite a bit but I think sometimes we all need a break from the things we love so we can truly appreciate it. I feel like I am talking about people, haha – but I’m not!
Sometimes life gets caught up on us, and other things take priority. Going back to school was super hard because everything is 10 times harder and I have so much more work to do.School this year is generally a big step for me, and although I’m enjoying it, it can get difficult to manage my time.
Once I get into the schedule of school again, I’ll be able to have set days for blogging, but only time will tell. I really don’t want to put blogging to the sidetracks but I’m sure you all understand how important education is!
I really want to thank all my followers for understanding and supporting me all the time, I know your not standing next to me but I always feel like I know you and could talk to you for hours because you’re all so lovely 🙂
It’s kind of weird writing this right now, I feel like I’ve made tons of mistakes and don’t make any sense, but I really felt that I had to address where I have been.
Anyway, onto the post!
I recently won some nail polishes from Superdrug, and in the post were 6 gorgeous autumnal shades by the one and only, Barry M! The new range is part of the Gelly Nail range, which you all know I adore.
I wouldn’t officially call it Autumn yet, because we have had some really random hot days here in the UK, so I’d say it’s that weird transitional stage from Summer to Autumn, where all the shops are a bit confused and everything is a bit all over the place!
This particular shade is absolutely perfect for the transition. It’s a gorgeous deep green with slight grey undertones, a colour super unique and one completely different to the rest in my collection. Even though I’m a nail polish addict, I’ve never actually owned a green believe it or not, and this glossy colour Cardamom is just right for me. Priced at £3.99, it’s not going to make much of a difference to your purse so why not give it a go? It dries super fast, looks incredibly glossy without topcoat and barely chips. That’s practically everything I look for in a nail polish.
Have you got any greens in your nail polish collection? Who else is super excited for Fall/Autumn and lots of hot chocolate?
Thanks for reading! I hope things will be back to normal soon 🙂
Love,
Kavi xox
P.S. I want to do a Q&A so ask me questions and help me think of a # for it!
